This is regarding updating the budgeted labor cost in excel and importing back to P6.
I have allocated single resource to my activities and exported to excel with budgeted labor cost column.
Now when i update the budgeted labor cost and import back the values are not getting updated.
Any reason why and how to do this?
AMA is correct in that if you are only exporting activity information you can not then import from excel. You need to export to excel using the resource assignments. This will update the values during the import.
