          open Command Window then issue command below

          echo %PATH%

          COPY the results & PASTE all back here

          which Oracle version to 4 decimal places?

              Thanks All,

              I tried "echo%PATH%", it says The filename, directoryname or volume syntax.

                Hi,

                Please check your syntax.

                echo %PATH%

                Note: A space between echo and %PATH%

                If the Path variable is too long then try to remove few of the path which may not be required.
                This can be done via the Environment Variable settings:

                MyComputer -> Properties -> Advanced ->Environment Variables
                Edit the Path system variable.

                Use a new command prompt to restart the installation.
                Before restarting check whether the output of echo %PATH% is of a lower length as compared to earlier.

                Thanks and Regards,
                BT.

                  I am sorry to see that you are not capable to use COPY & PASTE.
                  I suggest obtaining remedial PC training before proceeding with something as complex as Oracle RDBMS
