So I understand you have a full backup of 09'th Nov. May I Know exactly what are you trying to do.
* are trying to restore the full backup only
* or trying to recover till some specific time?
If you are restoring the full backup only, then restore database alone would do. If not, then we need to look your exact requirements.
restore database was done.
When recover database happening , issue is below.
starting media recovery

The issue is, first i have take the backup of database and then control file.
I am doing time in recovery from the backup.
I have to restore on the particular time.
Now I am set until time to eg"10:00".
I need restore the control file to 'location'
after this restore database
Can you please let me know the above steps are OK.?
You need to restore & recover database until archive log sequence 18614 & 186142
$ sqlplus "/ as sysdba"
SQL> shutdown abort;
SQL> startup mount;
$ rman target
RMAN> restore database until sequence 186143;
RMAN> restore database until sequence 186142;
RMAN> recover database until sequence 186143;
RMAN> recover database until sequence 186142;
SQL> alter database open resetlogs;
