I am unable to resist the answer:

    Oracle 11g for Dummies

But it may not be the best book from where you are at or where you want to go.

In fact I rate this answer as poor but perhaps appropriate.

Oracle 11g is big area ... and can actually refer to various different products, though for non weblogic people it usually means database.

As bigdelboy suggests... which part of 11g are you interested in studying?

11g is a "version" label surrounding a whole suite of oracle products, though no sane person would try and study all of those, especially as a beginner, as you just wouldn't learn sufficient information about all of them.

For the database, [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25789/toc.htm]start here.
