flush is not c

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE 11.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production



every two or three days,there will be two errors , not the same time!



--------error one :
Fatal NI connect error 12170.

for this one : i tried below,but it didn't work
1. set INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_=0 in listener.ora
2. set SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 0 in sqlnet.ora of server.
3. stop and start both listener and database.
4. Now try to connect to DB and observe the behaviour



-----the second:
Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 204
Private strand flush not complete

Current log# 2 seq# 203 mem# 1: /bak/oradata/redo02.log

for this one ,i have try add logfile member ,resize the logfile member !
but it didn't work
