the issue on apex.oracle.com is that the Select Lists only come up as standard, they don't come up as mobile versions.what do you mean with "mobile versions"? Are you talking about a popup dialog? A popup is used when more than 10 select list entries are displayed. Does this help to reproduce on apex.oracle.com?
this occurs when I change the parent LOVWhich browser are you using to test this? Have you tried Google Chrome? Use the "Network" tab of the Developer Tools to see what is sent and what you get back when you change the parent LOV. That might help us to find out from where you get the "Unexpected token <". The "Console" tab might also show additional error information.
Error: parsererror - SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
it looks like you are getting Content-Type:text/html; back instead of the requested Accept:application/json. Can you have a look at the "Response" body itself. It should show you the 307 char long HTML content. I think that should give us additional details what is wrong. I assume it's an error message you get.
