Are you able to connect with your database using SQL Developer???
If so, your database is up and running properly...
Try setting one Connection Pool Timeout Parameter from 10000 to 0..
For doing this: Go to Weblogic Admin Console
Click Lock & Edit
Data Sources --> oimOperationsDB --> Connection Pool --> Properties:-
Make 10000 to 0..
Do the above step for all other Data Sources too...
Then Restart all servers... In fact restart even database once...
Please check that your database/oim machine has not changed the IP since you installed.
If you are on linux:
Check your current IP, command is $ ifconfig
and check whether it is mapped to hostname correctly in /etc/hosts file. This file should have current IP address of your machine mapped to your hostname.
If it is the case change the correct IP address in the above file (you need to be root user) and then restart the machine.
