Pool mds-soa is Suspended... Have you restarted the server yet?
If you already restarted and still facing the problem you may have an expired password... recheck your database connection...
database seems to be down. Please check it once.
If the db is up and still you are facing the issue, chk if the login credentials are expired.
During SOA managed server startup, you'll get the issues logged abt db if any.
goto weblogic console and test the mds connection pool. It would show you whats going wrong in the database connection.
