Please help we are encountering problems when users are forwarding requisitions, approvers doesn't received email notifications. Email notifications are working find when submitting Purchase orders. How can we solve the problem?
first step would be here is: ask dba team to bounce workflow server and email server...this may solve your issue
2nd: if its happening for few users only then try to resend approval emails by logining in worflow admin resposibility.
