How to export sql query result thru automation like ksh file

Hello,
I made an sql query statement, this sql file will be called thru the use of ksh file.
As soon as the ksh is double clicked, the sql will be then called and executed against database.

Below is my KSH file syntax.

sqlplus -s user/pass@database << END
@D:/sql/export.sql
EXIT
END

We would like to automate the generation of output result. In such that, when ksh file is completed, the output result from the export.sql will export a file either to .dat or .csv in the defined directory. Thus, automation is initiated no need to manually export it in the sql toad.

Please let me know if this is possible? and provide sample syntax to be used? Otherwise, let me know what would be the corrective action to get this done? Thank you very much for your help.
