verify data model data masking causes excessive cpu use

Currently Being Moderated
12.1.0.2.0 EM with data masking, verifying an EBS data model, causes the following, a very high load.

Has anybody seen this before? I know that 12.1.0.2.0 with EBS is very new (about a week old)
