Migration Assistant reports Scheduler thread interrupted 1000s of times/sec

I am running:

Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.30.09
Windows 7 64 bit
Oracle 11.2.0.2
Java 1.6.0_37

I have successfully migrated data in the past from Teradata to this Oracle database using this exact environment. That was earlier this week.

Today I was doing a migration, and my PC gave me a BSOD. Don't know what caused it. Event viewer was unhelpful. Regardless, I tried to redo the migration, but I now always get the error "Migration actions have failed. Check migration reports for details."

The logging pane immediately fills up with the following error:

Level Sequence Elapsed Source Message
Severe 987456 0 oracle.dbtools.raptor.backgroundTask.RaptorTaskManager$SchedulerThread Scheduler thread interrupted. Closing scheduler.../noracle.dbtools.migration.workbench.core.MigrationRepositoryManager.getLoggerPersistenceManager(MigrationRepositoryManager.java:67)

Thousands of such lines per second.

I have restarted sqldeveloper. Restarted my PC. Restarted the oracle database(!). I updated Java. Removed the previous migration repository and user, and recreated them. Always the same error. I ran the debug version, and got this output in the window"

This seems to be limited to my machine, as I can remotely connect to another machine and do the migration (it's still in progress). Only my system seems to be borked, and I haven't figured out what is wrong and how to fix it.

Ideas?

Thanks in advance
