Date Time Stamps in SRs are not helpful. Nor are they date-time stamps.
Nov 26, 2012 4:28 PM
I could swear that, once upon a time, date-time stamps in SRs were actual dates.
I just realized this is no longer the case, when I was asked 'how long' an SR has been opened and I found ...
Opened 1+ year ago
2+ hours ago I can compute.
2+ months ago is 'September'. Vague but not fatal.
When the heck was '1+ year ago'? Sometime in 2011, surely, but when? January? July? Who knows?
The obfuscation leads one to conclude Oracle is trying to hide 'when' tickets were actually updated.
Can we fix this, please?

Oracle Forums and Oracle Support are distinct and mutually exclusive entities. You would be better off giving this feedback in MOS, as it would actually be heard and possibly acted upon.
