gurus need your advise urgently...
A user has applied for leave through employee SS from 19-NOV-2012 to 27-NOV-2012 the system calculates the leave as 7 days(excluding saturday and sunday) which is correct.
now, on the same employee time card (time entry) in the period lov the system shows 19-NOV-2012 to 23-NOV-2012 and the system totals the number of days to 7 days including saturday and sunday this is not correct.
This does not look synchronized (or integrated) with OTL and SS Absence. could any please assist how can we exclude the saturday and sunday from the time entry?
Kindly also assist what is the best practice from oracle standard functionality.

Start Date: 26-nov-2012
End Date: 04-dec-2012
Clicking on Calculate Duration gives 7 days (Excluding saturday and sunday)
On Timecard it appears as follows:
Display for period 26-nov-2012 to 02-dec-2012 :
on the employee time card from 26-nov-2012 to 02-dec-2012 = 7 hours
Display for period 03-dec-2012 to 09-dec-2012 :
on the employee time card from 02-dec-2012 to 04-dec-2012 =2 hours
