You have to check the Oracle BI Server Cache (For seeding cache) check box for the agent in the Destinations tab.
If you have already checked this, then may be your reports are not cache-able.
i tried with Oracle BI Server Cache (For seeding cache) but log is not generating.
but when i run report manual for that report log is generated, but through agents its not generating

I thought the cache is not generated.
You can check the log in C:\middleware\instances\instance1\diagnostics\logs\OracleBIServerComponent\coreapplication_obis1\nqquery.log file for the reports scheduled through agents.
