    Contact interaction management

      Hi experts,

      I'm new to this forum and also Oracle CRM. I need to implement this module for our client.
      To be specific, how to put an end date on an contact interaction or email interaction? Do we need to personalize or customize?

      And lately, If someone have any doc on implementation of email interaction(detailed one) then plz share.
      I need to make myself resourceful in the context of the scope of oracle email interaction.
      PS: I have got the Oracle Sales user guide, Oracle Sales Implementation guide (its more of an overview, need a detailed one)
