    Customer Cannot Log In

      My customer was just set up on a workspace. The users' access to the workspace has been verified. They are reporting that they cannot log into beehive.online.oracle.com. It just "hangs" on the log in screen.

          Are they trying to use the correct URL, you have mentioned it as 'beehive.online.oracle.com', which is incorrect. Please let us know the username and the group name, you can mail the info to 'beehiveonline_ops@beehiveonline.oracle.com'

          Do you know what error do they get when accessing the following URL

            We have had a few other reports of access hanging - looks from the evidence we have to be related to login.oracle.com so get your external users to try again and it may all be resolved.
