My customer was just set up on a workspace. The users' access to the workspace has been verified. They are reporting that they cannot log into beehive.online.oracle.com. It just "hangs" on the log in screen.
Are they trying to use the correct URL, you have mentioned it as 'beehive.online.oracle.com', which is incorrect. Please let us know the username and the group name, you can mail the info to 'email@example.com'
