At first, you should have the same version of the JRE on the client PC's as that is described in your formsweb.cfg file on the RMS Forms server.

Actually am unable to connect to RMS application as well as the port number associated with the Managed server of RMS.
Like am unable to connect to even 192.168.1.101:9001/forms also
What might be the cause.
Am able to connect to this in linux server but not from client PC.
Are you getting any message/error?Which is the browser you used to launch RMS application?

It seems like you have some network/firewall issue.
Is the local firewall on the linux server disabled ?
Am testing in many browsers like Chrome, Firefox, IE etc but it says unable to connect. Am able to open the same app which is installed in another Linux system from my PC.
Simply speaking am unable to connect
There is no firewall in my PC. I have disabled everything in client PC as well as in Linux server as well !
