      Hi All,

This problem happened on a small patch patch 12778226
the system is up, all CMs are running but when login to the page as sysadmin or any users,
got this message "There are no active responsibilities available for this user" so i can not run anything.
the left handsite of the page is empty, no responsibilities.

      os oul5x64
      ebs r12.1.3

      Please advise.
      Regards,

If the patch was applied successfully, you should not get this error.

Please make sure you have disable maintenance mode via adadmin and bounce the application services after applying the patch.
