            Hello,
ORA-19504: failed to create file "E:\APP\User\ORADATA\ORCL\CONTROL01.CTL"
Make sure the path "E:\APP\User\ORADATA\ORCL" exists and is the correct path. RMAN is trying to restore the controlfile to the above path and it is not able to find it.

Regarding the right backuppiece question, "O1_MF_NCSNF_TAG20121126T160404_8C6PR17J_.BKP" is the backuppiece which contains the controlfile backup.

            Regards,
            Shivananda

The system cannot find the path

ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
Cause: create system call returned an error, unable to create file
              Action: verify filename, and permissions

list backup command doesn't return anything as database files have been delted

The error is clear and if you are trying to duplicate your database please refer to Oracle Document

If you have RMAN Backup logs then from that you can know which backup-set contains Control files
