    Dbconsole not launched

      Hi,

      I have a problem with the database I administer.
      The dbconsole is not running anymore.
      The database is still working, but I can't check the administration, using the dbconsole.

      When I check why the dbconsole is not launched, I obtain these responses:

      D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1>emctl status dbconsole
      Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.4.0
      Copyright (c) 1996, 2007 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

      Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g is not running.

      D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1>emctl start dbconsole

      Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ...Le nom de service n'est pas valide.

      Vous obtiendrez une aide supplémentaire en entrant NET HELPMSG 2185.

      I think that the sysman user is active.
      What should I do to restart the dbconsole.

      I know that I should do this:
      C:\sqlplus /nolog
      SQL> connect / as sysdba;
      SQL> drop user sysman cascade;
      SQL> drop user mgmt_view cascade;
      SQL> drop role mgmt_user;
      SQL> drop public synonym mgmt_target_blackouts;
      SQL> drop public synonym SETEMVIEWUSERCONTEXT;
      SQL> Exit

      emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

      Is this correct, and how long does it take to have the emca completed?
      (I want to be sure before starting the process)

      Users of the database have access to the database using intranet, following this link:
      http://teleg1:7777/pls/apex/f?p=13400:1:4383619774524800:::::

      Would this service stopped when I have the emca command running?

      Thanks for the support you could give to me for that important problem.
