Under which User did you create the Procedure?
I think it was created under apex_public_user
You can Check dba_objects or user_objects.
The Point is you should use the Same User you defined in the workspace.
How do I check dba_objects and user_objects? Sorry I'm pretty new to this. I created the AT_ACTIVITIES table, and I am the one using the application in my own schema. I tried using
GRANT EXECUTE ON add_country_for_activity to apex_public_user;
but I'm still having the same problem
