ATG 10.1.1 supports a strong password policy.
You have to specify the password for BCC at the time when you configure your database through CIM.
It doesnt support admin/admin.
Or if you have taken a dump form somewhere, then you may have to ask the person to provide you with the password which they configured at the time of DB setup.
I have created the publishing schema independently - not using CIM. I have executed the BIZUI sql script. I will try going to DB and check the internal profile repository table - dpi_user.
Let me check and then will post if there is any luck
You might try changing the password through ACC.
As given in the documentation:
Important: The default profiles are internal user profiles. You must include the DSS.InternalUsers.ACC module in your assembled application to be able to access and edit these profiles in the ACC
Request you to give a try.
Thro DB, you can try the below.
update ATGCORE.DPI_USER set password= ’21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3' where login = ‘admin’
This will reset the password to ‘admin’. ’21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3 is the MD5 one way hashed code for the password ‘admin’.
Keep posting the updates / questions.
That's exactly what I just did and saw your post :)
Just to add, i took the value from the schema being used by CIM. I suppose in ATG 10.1.1 , SHA algo is being used instead of MD5. Let me know if I am wrong.
