Where can I find that catmetx.sql script? It wasn't present in the patch.It should be under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory. If not, did you install the examples CD?

Could this error be the reason for adrelink failure during the autopatch process?
I got this almost solved. I also managed to relink manually the failed apps.
Now it gave another error at the end of the patch. it says:
All workers have quit.

Is it safe to ignore these or should I try to generate the reports manually and then finish the patching?
It did upgrade quite good.
There are some system errors, but mainly messaging issues, since this is prepopulated "Vision Demo" database.
Main problem was the error in adrelink session that couldn't relink folowing:

This is also mentioned in the Oracle Applications Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.0.4) for Linux (64-bit) [ID 416305.1], but somehow I've missed it during the initial install.
