Have you checked the database log file as requested before?

    Thanks,

You either need to increase the Shared Pool Size or you may try to issue "alter system flush shared_pool" and check then.

Master Note for Diagnosing ORA-4031 [ID 1088239.1]
OERR: ORA-4031 "unable to allocate %s bytes of shared memory ("%s","%s","%s")" [ID 4031.1]
How can we investigate ORA-04031 error if limited diagnostics are provided with 11g? [ID 1223833.1]

    Thanks,
    Hussein

    In AIX 6.1 version,
when I start rapidwiz by root user, it results in a welcome screen which is blank, the DISPLAY variable has been set correctly (xclock can be shown) and the patch 11072566 has also been used..., any problem? Thanks.

Can you issue "xclock" as root user and view the clock properly?

    Thanks,

Can you please run md5sum as per (MD5 Checksums for R12.1.1 Rapid Install Media [ID 802195.1]) to verify the integrity of the stage area directory?

So, it is something with your DISPLAY settings OR with your client settings. Why don't you run it on the server if it is working properly there?

    Thanks,
    Hussein
