          Thanks Hussein for your reply

          Fixed after refer the Doc
          - Grant DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM system privilege to APPS user (using SYS database account) and then retry the worker.
          SQL> GRANT DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM TO APPS;
          - Retest the issue

              Can you post the last 10-15 lines of the running worker?

              Can you find any errors in the database log file?

                  It looks like you need to bounce the database.

                    I'm restarting the database now

                    And I found metalink Docs as below and have some questions.

                    Refer : Upgrading from 11i to R12.x, Applying patches 9239090 or 6678700 all workers fail - java error "Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset " [ID 1308864.1]
                    - Do I need to add "SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 120" in sqlnet.ora?

                    Refer : 12.1.1 NLS Upgrade Patch 6678700 : Performance Installation Issues With XLIFFImporter Java Jobs [ID 839978.1]
                    - Do I also need to apply Patch#8576725 (12.1.1 NLS PATCHING PERFORMANCE FIX ) before apply this merged patch#6678700?

                    Thanks

                      The error in the doc is not the exact one you are getting but you can try the suggested solution.
                      Refer : 12.1.1 NLS Upgrade Patch 6678700 : Performance Installation Issues With XLIFFImporter Java Jobs [ID 839978.1]

                      Only if you apply NLS patches, then yes this patch is a must.

                      Thanks,

                                I've already run the adpatch at R12 env., I want to know how to check "Ensuring that the R12 environment is set before running adpatch"

                                (R12 APPLMGR user)
                                $echo $APPS_VERSION
                                12.1.1

                                SQL> select release_name from fnd_product_groups;

                                RELEASE_NAME
                                --------------------------------------------------
                                11.5.10.2

                                Thanks
