    Not able to Sweep transactions


      we have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3. While Sweeping transactions system throwing error .The program cannot be executed due to insufficient access available to the user. Please contact your system administrator and get access to all the operating units belonging to this Ledger.

      we have 3 OU's but one OU is active we set all profile options

      GL Ledger Name
      Mo operation Unint
      Mo Security Profile
      Data Access set
      HR security
      HR user

          Hi Chandra,

          the value you attached for MO:Security Profile should contain access to all three operating units, by default this will not happen. One needs to define a security profile for 3 operating units from HR responsibility and attach the same to the MO: Security profile option ... once done , try sweeping the transactions again ...

            if we are not using MOAC in R12 then rather then assinging MO: Security Profile, we can assign MO: Operating Unit for respective OU then it should work accordingly i.e. this error should now come right?
