configure RMAN

How to configure RMAN in RAC Environment_? Can Any body plz Know me the step by step procedure or give me the correct link regarding this

    I am giving overview of steps..

    RMAN: RAC Backup and Recovery using RMAN :

    Step 1 :

    Node 1 : SQL> archive log list;
    Node 2 : SQL> archive log list;

    Step 2: Check Connectivity

    $ setenv TNS_ADMIN $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
    $ sqlplus /nolog
    SQL> connect sys/pwd@node1 as sysdba
    SQL> connect sys/pwd@node2 as sysdba
    SQL> connect rman/rman@rcat

    Step 3 : Set the properties check with SHOW ALL

    Step 4 : Sample Script - So many Options are available

    run {
    ALLOCATE CHANNEL D1 TYPE DISK CONNECT 'SYS/RAC@NODE1';
    ALLOCATE CHANNEL D2 TYPE DISK CONNECT 'SYS/RAC@NODE2';
    DATABASE PLUS ARCHIVELOG FORMAT '/rman/V1020/%d_AL_%T_%u_s%s_p%p'
    RELEASE CHANNEL D1;
    RELEASE CHANNEL D2;
    }

    You need to configure RMAN tool or your Backup Plan?

    RMAN has a lot of parameters that you can change as per your need:
    - Parallelism
    - Optimized mode
    - ControlFile and SPFILE autobackups
    - Backup Destination
    - etc

    Maybe you should take a look on RMAN user's guide (Backup/Recover)
