PeopleSoft 8.8/8.9 to 9.1 Upgrade Timeline - How long does it take?

We are starting the upgrade of

HCM 8.9/Tools 8.46 to 9.1/8.52
and
FMSCM 8.8/Tools 8.46 to 9.1/8.52

Also thrown in is the Oracle 10G to 11G upgrade as part of it..

There are five bodies allocated each for HCM and FMS upgrades (total of 10) and two DBA's for DB/PIA tasks. The same team also does production support. HCM has a lot of customizations. FMSCM also has some customizations and interfaces.

I’d appreciate if someone can comment on how long do these upgrades take generally? I just want a rough number in months. Any real world experiences will also help.
