      Hi

we have 4 weblogic managed server instances one one machine and those are configured with autoRestart=true and autoKillIfFailed=true. all the weblogic managed server instances are automatically starting upon the shutdown
of the server instances. but, sometime the managed server instances are not restarting automatically whenver shutdown. sometimes it requires manual interaction happens to restart managed servers.

Could you please anybody help what could be the reason.
      Regards

          Nagaraju,

if any of your managed server started 2 times in a interval of 1 hr by node manager then it will not start that managed server further because the default limit of node manager to start a particular managed server in a interval of 1 hr is only 2 times. If you want to increase it then got to YOUR_DOMAIN/servers/YOUR_MANAGED_SERVER/data/nodemanager and in startup.properties file increase the value of "RestartMax" parameter from 2.

          Thank you.
