Appl: 12.1.3 and DB is 11G and OS:Linux.
Yes we have to set the policies. But in disco report there are no triggers which can be used to set such things unlike rdf reports. It should pick up from some ENV or standard packages. That is what I think and I want to confirm if it is right?

Pl post the SQL statement you used for the profile value - it looks to be invalid given the error message

download the bisbisregfuncrfo.eex from $AU_TOP/discover/US
Import the same .eex by Disco Administrator client using Sysadmin application user.
Modify the Package: FND_PRODUCT_INITIALIZATION_PKG.DISCOINIT
