          Hi Mahesh,

Provider id: Fed URL at SP side. Ex: http://sp_host:7777/fed/sp
Name id: Also called as linking attribute. Nameid is an user attribute that you configure between IdP and SP to interact and identify the user at both side. Ex: 'mail' is the nameid where IdP and SP uses this attribute in SAML assertion to identify the user.
Relay state: Once Fed authentication succeed, where you want to redirect the user. Ex: Resource home page at SP side

Provider Id is a service URL where OIF listens for incoming fed requests.
