What does it mean Shipment status is "1st Shipment"?

I have completed my Java 6 Certification exam. I requested for success kit. I finished exam on August 31 2012. I requested for success kit on September 1st 2012 but still I did not receive it. My Shipment status is showing as "1st Shipment". Could you anyone please tell me what does "1st Shipment" mean ?

The 1st Shipment date is the first time Oracle told the Shipment supplier to prepare and send a success kit (essentially certififcate) to you ... this is done automatically.

As sufficient time has elapsed to show this has not arrived goto help center and follow procedure for missing success kit: ... Currently Here:-
