So need you advise that can i install oracle developer 2000, oracle 6i, oracle 9i database in l windows server 2008 ?
See Installation Guide and Release notes.
About Dev2K and Dev 6i servers, I'm not sure what forum is suitable, maybe the AS forum even if Developer predates the AS suite.
Oracle Application Server - General
I've a slight memory of 6i Dev Server installations on NT 4 (or was that 3.51). Seems like 2008 is way, way too new.
Why the "time shifted" combination? It's like trying to run MS Office 95 on Windows 7.
What i need to install is
1. Developer 2000 Forms and reports
2. Oracle 6i Forms and reports
3. Oracle 9i Database (version 126.96.36.199.0 release 2 )
The 3 oracle must install in same server. Is it possible ?
D2K and Dev 6i are client server. Making them work on the same machine is difficult. From what I remember (decade ago) that some dll files are in conflict, so only one version works on a machine.
If at all you want to give this a go your best bet would be Windows XP. Anything newer will require one or the other tweak. If you must have a Server OS then Windows NT ( Windows 2000 or older) may work.
