oracleasm (aka asmlib) may not be supported on RHEL(OEL) 6.x. You do NOT need asmlib and it's days are numbered.
upon review of this document, even though it was for 10g, it still appears to be relevant
"10g: Using Openfiler iSCSI with an Oracle RAC database on Linux [ID 371434.1]"
udev utility can be used for disk mounting consistency between the nodes. It is the preferred tool. Note:371814.1 explains how to use the udev option.

As far as the supported version running on Oracle Linux 6.x:
On this page you can download:
Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11g Release 2 (184.108.40.206.0)
Oracle Grid Infrastructure Bundled Agents 11g Release 2 (220.127.116.11.0)
The 18.104.22.168.0 has the whole Java install program and is what I've been getting the error with.
The Bundled Agents is the only 22.214.171.124 that I've seen. It runs a bash install script and says:
Oracle Clusterware is not installed on this node.
Ensure Oracle Clusterware exists and reissue the command.
Does it not include everything I need (Or just some Agents)?
So far I have not been able to find 126.96.36.199 Grid Infrastructure to download.
