Solaris 11 + SRP initiator
Dec 17, 2012 11:46 AM
I'v been trying to come up with documentation if SRP is supported in initiator mode on Solaris 11, and if yes how to configure it.
Found few forum postings stating that srp initiator package was atleast at some point available in Sun download -page but i can't seem to find it in oracle downloads.
Any ideas if SRP is supported in initiator mode, and any pointers towards documentation on how to configure it?
Thanks in advance!

Figured this out via help from local Oracle Rep, so incase anyone els struggles with this:
Solaris doesn't do SRP initiator, only target mode is supported. Instead its feasible to use iSer as both initiator and target mode are supported assuming your target device supports iSer.
