wget an Oracle Note ID?

Can wget be used to download note IDs from my oracle support/metalink?
I am aware of the wget script that downloads patches. Modifying that script doesn't seem to work even if the correct login details are used.
Here's an example Note ID:
Note ID: 1448883.1
I want to download the html of that note to a Solaris 10 server.
I have the same question

Use http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/thirdparty-patch-map-1482893.html instead.
