CRMOD Reports/Dashboard are not fully supported in IE9.
Please try adding CRMOD site to IE9 compatibility view settings and see if it works.
Below are the steps for adding CRMOD site to Compatibility View:
1.Open CRMOD URL on IE9
2.Goto Tools > Compatibility View Settings > Click Add (To add CRMOD site )
4. Restart IE9 and try
I tried as you said.
On compatibility mode,dashboard prompt works.
I'll ask my customer to use compatibility view.
