If I change something in my apps, and I want to rerun autoconfig just to sync in.It depends. For example, if you apply AutoConfig patches then you need to run AutoConfig on the apps tier node then you need to create appsutil.zip file and move it to the database tier node and run AutoConfig there.
Which autoconfig will I run first? The appsTeir or the dbTier? or It does not matter the sequence.
