Dell PS 6100E unsuppored device !!

Oracle Back up is showing library Dell PS 6100E as unsupported device and can not retrieve any information from it, can not ping and can not verify both from obtool and web tool. Using Linux. I can ping from outside and see the device config using lsscsi. But obtool and webtool fails. Is it really unsupported ? In the $ORACLE_Backup_Home/device/device_robots I see some PV122T, PV124T bla bla.. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestion would help me.

+... this post has been moved from the Sun/Oracle Storage Hardware forum to the Secure Backup forum, where your other posts have all been.+
You aren't using storage hardware from Sun/Oracle, so that wasn't the correct forum.
This is probably the same storage hardware you couldn't configure successfully in: https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2479314&tstart=0

Check the list of supported devices for OSB http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/products/secure-backup/learnmore/osb-tapedevicematrix-520156.pdf
