Start any demo with Oracle ATG Web Commerce

    981569
I try start any demo with Oracle ATG Web Commerce 10.1.1 on Windows 7. First I install Jboss Application Server 5.1.0 and Oracle 11.2. Then run ATG10.1.1_99REL.exe installer, it has finished successfully but I can't see <JBdir>\servers\atg directory, such as it written in ATG10 Installation and Configuration Guide.
I have created two dirs with ATG Configuration Installation Manager:
      <JBdir>server\atg_production_lockserver\
      <JBdir>server\atg_publishing_lockserver\
Also I have created schema and insert all demo data to Oracle DB.

Then start JBoss. But I have Error 404 at link http://localhost:8080/lockserver
What I have to do to see the demo?

Also when I start ATG Control Center, it says "Dynamo server is not running".
      I havn't script startDynamoOnJBOSS at ATG\ATG10.1.1\home\bin\ directory, so I can't start it.

          There is no context-root lockserver.
          Try localhost:8080/dyn/admin or localhost:8080/store

          Peace

you need to use http://localhost:8080/crs if you are using commerce reference store.
If you are using your own sample demo project go to your web.xml file in your demo project and check the context root. You can find the web.xml in your j2ee folder.

            <context-param>
            <param-name>context-root</param-name>
            <param-value>crs</param-value>
            </context-param>

If you are using CRS and configured CRS using CIM, then the best way to start the CRS application is use the .bat file that is created automatically by CIM in your ATG_HOME/server/servername folder.

            D:\ATG\ATG10.1.1\home\servers\atg_production_lockserver\startServerOnJBoss.bat

Thanks Shaik, Bravo for your participation.
Yesterday I found when I start Jboss, it starts project <JBOSS_HOME>\server\default. So I renamed "atg_production_lockserver" to "default" and run Jboss.
Now link localhost:8080/dyn/admin is worked, Dynamo server is running too. So I can login to ATG Control Center.
I see first demo "QuincyFunds" at http://localhost:8080/QuincyFunds. But it's not a store, so I continue.

The links localhost:8080/store or localhost:8080/crs are not work still.
Now I go on with this guide https://www.sparkred.com/blog/setting-up-the-atg-commerce-reference-store-locally/

Yes! Now the store is working! I can see it at http://localhost:8080/crs/
The main trouble was with the lack of server <JBOSS_HOME>\server\atg. Other steps I made with ATG CIM.

There is another one issue, the store is shown with localhost link solely. Where I can specify my domain name?

if you are using windows system the u need to reach this file

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts in the hosts file you can find 127.0.0.1 localhost, you can rename localhost to wat ever domain name you want.

If you are using Linux then u need to change it in this file /etc/sysconfig/network

                  Reagrds

                    Thanks enzo_rio.
In this case, the demo will be visible only from my computer. So it's not usable for me. I want to share it to show my colleagues.
I think this setting is in Jboss or ATG. For example, an application for Apache web server on the same machine is available and link to localhost and the domain name.

The issue is solved. I start Jboss with parameter -b 0.0.0.0
I added it to startServerOnJBoss.bat for convenience:
                      call "%JBOSS_HOME%/bin/run.bat" -c atg_production_lockserver %* -b 0.0.0.0
