      [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener
      SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node ccbs02
      [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$

          [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener
          SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node ccbs02
          [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$

          [oracle@ccbs02 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener
          SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node ccbs02
SCAN contains the atleast 3-ip address that resolves in round robin way.
As per the status of scan listener on two nodes, it tells me that SCAN listener was using one IP (LISTENER_SCAN1).

          Did you trypost following:
--just run 3 times and post output.
          nslookup ccbs-scan

          nslookup ccbs-scan

          nslookup ccbs-scan
also restart the scan listener across the cluster
--perform on all nodes one at a time

          srvctl stop scan_listener -n <nodename>

          srvctl start scan_listener -n <nodename>
then post the result of status
          srvctl status scan_listener

thanks for your support , please see the below :
            [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener
            SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node ccbs02
            [oracle@ccbs01 bin]$ nslookup ccbs-scan
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

            [oracle@ccbs02 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener -n ccbs02
            PRKO-2002 : Invalid command line option: -n
            [oracle@ccbs02 bin]$ ./srvctl status scan_listener
            SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node ccbs02
            [oracle@ccbs02 bin]$

            vi /etc/hosts
in both node so we don't have 3 ips for scan only one ip's
            # SCAN
            x.120   ccbs-scan.localdomain ccbs-scan
also be informed we can't restart the scan-listener due to it's prodition.
            please advice

SCAN **REQUIRES** DNS to be functioning correctly. Please correct DNS before proceeding.

okay , but i read in document there is workaround to put one ips in hosts file ,
so i don't need three ips , i'm right ????else tell me know how to configure the scan ip again
just add 3 ips in conf file and reconfigure scan , can you please tell how to solve this issue , but the error message that appear
when i put the scan ip no listener ??? is this mean the scan not configure correctly ???

-- Yes. You can use VIP's (Virtual IP's) as in 11gR1. SCAN is mandatory for installation. Once installation is completed, SCAN can be disabled/removed.

For installation without SCAN you may follow below link.
