        Yes Solomon, it works fine wtih no problem.

        However somehow, when I run the job, only one table has been inserted a new row but, I cannot select that row. For example, I see the row in the table but I cannot select it or delete it, when I select it or filter by sql developer 0 row comes, it is very interesting, I witness first time this kind of situation in my life.

          how EXACTLY can you "see it" when you can not SELECT it?

          use COPY & PASTE so we can see what you do & how Oracle responds.
