Object Test Failing When Values Are Taken From DataBanks
Dec 31, 2012 3:24 AM
I tried Object Test on a Web Page by setting it to take values from a Databank (.csv file) for the test. But though the Expected value and the Actual value during the test is the same it Fails and gives error report like:
Object test '' failed. Attribute 'innerText':Expected: 'Premium Assistance Tax Credit amount$414.52', Actual: 'Premium Assistance Tax Credit amount$414.52 '
Someone please help me out with this. It is a bit urgent.

Problem is with the space in the actual value.
If you observe both actual and expected values
Actual : *'Premium Assistance Tax Credit amount$414.52 '* +(You will find a space after 414.52)+
Expected : *'Premium Assistance Tax Credit amount$414.52'* +(You won't find a space after 414.52)+
Please add one space after 414.52 in Expected value also.
