        If you cannot find the fmb file to generate the fmx file then please log a SR and ask Oracle support for this form (patch).

              If the fmb file is missing you cannot use adadmin to generate the form!

                Thanks for your help.

                During validation of APAC localization, we encountered the below errors. Since all the below 3 requests are related to the same kind of error, providing all error messages and request log content, appoligies for the inconvenience. Please check and suggest if any action plan.

                *) Responsibility : Korean Payables
                Report Name: Rxi: Korean Withholding Tax Report

                ---> below is the message in the error screen

                Error: APP-FND-00418: Output file for the request is not available.
                Cause: You requested the Concurrent Manager to automatically delete your output file for you by setting the profile option Save Output to No before submitting your concurrent request, or request generates no output.
                Action: Change the profile option Save Output to Yes and resubmit your concurrent request if you wish to save your request output file.

                I referred the metalink note "APP-FND-00418 Output File For This Request is not Available [ID 1082376.1]" and performed the steps mentioned in it, but still the request is erroring out. Below is the request log content for reference.

                I checked the metalink and found the hit "11.5: Recommended Patches for VAT Reporting in EMEA and Asia/Pacific [ID 292163.1]", but this is recommended for 11.5.10.

                Below is the request log content, I checked the report file /xxxx/apps/apps_st/appl/ja/12.0.0/reports/US/JATWSEDI*, but did not find it.

                        The above does not help (for now) since the report is not there.

                        Do you have any files under this directory? If not, please generate the reports using adadmin and check then (please make sure you have the RDF files under this directory before testing any report from the application).

                          Yes, we have other report files, but not the file "JATWSEDI". We can not generate the report specific to "JATWSEDI" file..right.

                            Hi Hussein/Srini,

                            Any idea how to enable "New Zealand" and "Hong Kong" under APAC. I am not seeing these 2 countries in country-specific functionality (License Manger --> Country-specific Functionalities).

                            As per metalink note id "E-Business Suite Globalization Center [ID 973912.1]", for APAC, country specific feature data sheets are provided for the below mentioned countries.

                            "Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand".

                            I verified the documents and metalink note ids to enable "Hong Kong" and "New Zealand", but did not find any clue.

                            Any reference document or note id to enable the country localization which are not seen in "Country-specific functionality".

                            Your help is highly appreciated.

                              For Hong Kong and New Zealand, the features are only available for HR and Payroll - are you using these modules ?

                              If so, enable them using DataInstall
