A client in Malaysia is an existing telco Siebel install base. There are considering Inquira for 2 purposes:-
i) to sift throught various data sources with structured and unstructured data
ii) and perform fraud detection base on internal and external data available
The already have a KM system and therefore are not looking at using Inquira for the purpose it was built for. Can anyone comment if it i right to position Inquira in this context.
