Where can I find details on how to have a third party kernel module we are developing for uek driver support signed? I presume we need to go through some partner certification to have this signing done by oracle?

Kernel module signatures are not enabled by default. You can read this article for more information:

    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/servers-storage-admin/signed-kernel-modules-1891111.html

if you want a signed kernel module included in Oracle Linux's UEK, you're probably better off becoming an IHV/ISV partner and working with our kernel development team to get the driver included in the kernel build process. Contact me via email at firstname dot lastname at oracle dot com for an introduction to our IHV/ISV team.
