Like Srini said, you are not giving us anything to help you. The answer is that your target 64 or 32 big os doesn't matter when you import. The dumpfile is stored independently of the os. Give us something to work with and we will be more than willing to tell you what to do :^)

What warnings did you see?
What made you nervous?
something other than "i don't like the answers already received".
If you want an official answer, then you should file an SR and go from there. But my guess is that the SR people will certainly want more information than you are giving us.
No one here is trying to send you the wrong way, but with the limited feedback we are getting from you, no one here knows what you want.
If you can give us more information, then I have a good feeling that you will get what you need to finish your task.
