    user8041951
      Hi,

      I am using apex 4.2 and theme 2.

      I followed the thread below to create a jquery accordion menu but i am not able to save the selection. I tried to follow the link but I didnt understand how to create the event handler that saves the state.
      Using jQueryUI Accordion with APEX 4.0

      Please help.

      Thanks,
      DS

            Thanks Jari. That is what i want to achieve but it is not working for me.
            It even throws some sort of javascript message at the bottom of the page.
            This is what I have done.

            Created a dynamic action on change event and selection type as DOM object with document as the DOM object name.
            Then created a true action to Execute Javascript code and added the following code. (P0_ACTIVEMENU_INDEX is the hidden item)

            <script type="text/javascript">
            $(function(){
            $("#R3182233118391654053").accordion({
            header:"h3",
            collapsible:true,
            active:&P0_ACTIVEMENU_INDEX.,
            change:function(e,u){
            var a=new htmldb_Get(null,&APP_ID.,"APPLICATION_PROCESS=DUMMY",&APP_PAGE_ID.)
            a.add("P0_ACTIVEMENU_INDEX",u.options.active);
            var r=a.get();
            }
            });
            });
            </script>

            I got the accordion id and the header:h3 from the view source so i changed it in the script you have given.
            But it does not work and gives out the following message at the bottom of every page.

            },"action":"NATIVE_JAVASCRIPT_CODE"}]}]; }

            I am not sure what mistake I have done. Please help.

            Thanks,
            DS

              Hi,

              Could you please create example about problem to apex.oracle.com, and share developer loging details to workspace?
