You can write an Event handler for this . Fetch the attribute in event handler and then take decision based on the value of the attribute . Search in OTN for examples on event handler.1 person found this helpful
You are doing target recon or trusted recon??
If your attribute is there on user profile, you can simply write a java task which takes value of this attributes as input and returns a string such as delete or nodelete. Attach this task on Xellerate user process definition. On returned "delete" status of this task, call disable user task.
if you are talking about Trusted Source recon then write post process event handler. In case of Target recon, attach process task adapter on Reconciliation Insert Received and Reconciliation Update Received task.1 person found this helpful
call UserManager.disable(java.lang.String userID, boolean isUserLogin) method for disabling
ex: um.disable(userLogin,true); or um.disable(usrKey,false);
I am doing SAP HRMS to OIM reconcilation in which SAP HRMS is used as a trusted source .
You will want to use a transformation adapter on the status field. Just read the other attributes, and return the status you want based on those other fields.1 person found this helpful

However the issue with SAP HRMS Recon Person Record Deletion is resolved by configuring hire and terminate events to enable and disble the employee .
